Ian joined Abrahams Dresden in 2015 becoming a partner in 2024. He is responsible for the Debt Department’s defended claims.
He also prosecutes and defends a variety of other matters from start to finish, spanning all tracks, in both the County Court and the High Court.
In addition to general commercial Debt Recovery/Litigation, Ian has a particular interest in Construction Law and also handles contested insolvency proceedings and Landlord and Tenant claims.
