Joanne is a Solicitor in the Corporate (Dental) department at Abrahams Dresden LLP, having joined the firm in 2015.

Joanne primarily works with clients who are selling or purchasing a dental practice.

Joanne offers clients advice on all aspects of the sale and purchase process. This includes dealing with any property related transaction such as the sale or purchase of a freehold or the assignment or grant of a lease.

Joanne acts for buyers and sellers as well as lenders who provide finance for dental transactions.
