David is a Partner and Head of the Property Department, having qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and joined the firm in 2007.
David has considerable experience in a wide range of commercial property matters, although he specialises in landlord and tenant cases. David will always go the extra mile for his clients and he recognises that, in addition to giving high quality legal advice, it is essential to be commercial and proactive, to ensure transactions proceed as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Since clients tend to speak to their colleagues in the sector about a favourable property transaction, David has built a reputation in a number of diverse disciplines, including publishing, hedge funds and media companies.
