Russell became a solicitor in 1986 and is the founding Partner of the firm. He was a salaried Partner at City firm Braby & Waller (now Irwin Mitchell) from 1989 until he left to form a new firm and specialised as a company/commercial lawyer.
Russell set up AD with long standing friend Caroline Dresden. The firm opened for business in November 1995 and has grown steadily since then.
Russell specialises in dento-legal related matters and commercial property. Russell's focus is on getting the job done as swiftly and as smoothly as possible.
Russell has an active sports and social life. He regularly plays tennis and cycles to work most days. Russell enjoys spending every free moment with his family and friends and of course his girlfriend Michelle.
Russell intends to take full advantage of the fantastic team of people working at AD and his friends with overseas holiday homes to do as much travelling as possible during 2017 and beyond. Any travel suggestions gratefully received.
Russell is evangelical about a paperless office. Russell’s practice is entirely paperless. This enables Russell to have complete access to every paper on every file from his laptop, anywhere in the world. Russell is determined to persuade every member of AD to travel the same road.
